My friend in PR reached out to me about doing something with the rapper Lil Yachty who has been having a meteoric rise this year. To be honest I didn’t know much about him but I thought his name was really funny so I was down to do something. We decided to feature his essential items for HYPETRAK so I met up with him and his team in downtown LA. Upon meeting him I introduced myself as “Aaron”, he introduced himself as “Boat”.
